Customer Service at Soho Scheduler - What Can We Do For You Today?!

Have you ever been in a restaurant or a store where you encountered a person with exceptional customer service skills?  Not just a nice guy or gal who thought to bring you a couple extra napkins, but like they stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure you got what you needed, never missed a beat when your kid knocked scalding hot soup down their shirt, or brought the 14 different shades of green top, in 5 different styles, to the dressing room without acting annoyed.  It's not everyday that you come across a gem like that!

Now don't get me wrong, having worked in customer service myself, maintaining a baseline smile and making sure the customer gets what they were after is pretty standard and, heck...good enough for me as a customer!  But there's something about excellent service that gives me pause.  It's a connection with another human that I really appreciate, and can totally make my day.

As we move more aspects of our lives from the physical world to cyber space, it's interesting to note those online services displaying great customer service, and give them a virtual high-five!  Thanks to the online bookstore for selling me my favorite read at a fair price, and shipping it ASAP.  Thanks to my favorite burrito restaurant, where I place my complicated order online and it's not only ready when they say it will be, but it's exactly how I like it!  Thanks to my local hardware store who allows me to purchase anything I want online, and if I need to, return it online with no additional postage fees or to any branch store in person.

Soho Scheduler, a totally customizable small office/home office scheduling application, wants to join the ranks of those stellar online services boasting fantastic customer service!  Not only do we strive to make the application intuitive and easy to use, but if you are having trouble figuring something out, or just want to share your thoughts, there are easy ways to do just that!  

-There is a feedback button that appears on every page that you can click on at any time, for any reason.

-There is a Help tab that you can browse through to do a bit of trouble-shooting if you think you have a frequently asked question that we may have already addressed.

-There is a contact us tab also available, where you can email our friendly Soho Scheduler staff with any question, concern or suggestion you may have.

We have already received suggestions from current users that are being added into the application for your convenience.  I guess you could say that our customer service motto is the tried and true: Treat others the way you want to be treated!  That's why we strive to respond promptly to all of your thoughts, concerns and suggestions.  And when you suggest that we add features to Soho Scheduler that would make your scheduling needs easier to manage, we're going to do our best to make that happen!  

With our dedication to your scheduling needs, and your feedback, we will provide you with a Soho Scheduling experience that leaves you feeling like:  "Gees, that really made my day!"

Soho Scheduler will be releasing v0.7 soon which includes added flexibility to modify the application design.

Soho Scheduler Design Update

Things move fast at Soho Scheduler and the design department has been busy at work. In line with our streamlining the functional design we have now applied the new look to the landing and application pages.

Help write the future of Soho Scheduler

As part of the story of Soho Scheduler we like to keep our users informed of the development of the application over the next few months. It appears that Soho Scheduler is picking up steam and we are adding new features on a monthly release scheduler. For the next few months the Soho Scheduler is developing its product with the following objectives in mind:
  1. Jan 2009 - v0.5 Prototyp Released.
  2. Mar 2009 - v0.6 Customizable forms and social networking functionality.
  3. Apr 2009 - v0.7 Intuitive visual interface added.
  4. May 2009 - v0.8 Performance enhancements.
  5. Jun 2009 - v0.9 Internationalization.
  6. Jul 2009 - v1.0 Code review and final release.
The future of Soho is largely unwritten and we love feedback from our users. It is your chance to get involved with the application and to help write its future. We like to hear about possible improvements to Soho Scheduler and other any other additional small business applications you think might be required for this sector of industry. Version v0.5 Released

Soho Scheduler continues on its roadmap for success with a new version (v0.5) of it's software. Resource Scheduling is an important aspect of any service based company and with a focus on small business this tool will be of value to most businesses. In this feature we have:
  • Introduced a more standardized look to the site.
  • Enhanced the forms and visuals to a more intuitive design.
  • Added date filtering options on the appointment schedule report.
  • Added a forum and a blog for user discussion.
  • Launched the application at its new domain www.sohoappspot.com
