Have you ever been in a restaurant or a store where you encountered a person with exceptional customer service skills? Not just a nice guy or gal who thought to bring you a couple extra napkins, but like they stayed an additional 45 minutes to make sure you got what you needed, never missed a beat when your kid knocked scalding hot soup down their shirt, or brought the 14 different shades of green top, in 5 different styles, to the dressing room without acting annoyed. It's not everyday that you come across a gem like that!
Now don't get me wrong, having worked in customer service myself, maintaining a baseline smile and making sure the customer gets what they were after is pretty standard and, heck...good enough for me as a customer! But there's something about excellent service that gives me pause. It's a connection with another human that I really appreciate, and can totally make my day.
As we move more aspects of our lives from the physical world to cyber space, it's interesting to note those online services displaying great customer service, and give them a virtual high-five! Thanks to the online bookstore for selling me my favorite read at a fair price, and shipping it ASAP. Thanks to my favorite burrito restaurant, where I place my complicated order online and it's not only ready when they say it will be, but it's exactly how I like it! Thanks to my local hardware store who allows me to purchase anything I want online, and if I need to, return it online with no additional postage fees or to any branch store in person.
Soho Scheduler, a totally customizable small office/home office scheduling application, wants to join the ranks of those stellar online services boasting fantastic customer service! -There is a Help tab that you can browse through to do a bit of trouble-shooting if you think you have a frequently asked question that we may have already addressed.
-There is a contact us tab also available, where you can email our friendly Soho Scheduler staff with any question, concern or suggestion you may have.
We have already received suggestions from current users that are being added into the application for your convenience. I guess you could say that our customer service motto is the tried and true: Treat others the way you want to be treated! That's why we strive to respond promptly to all of your thoughts, concerns and suggestions. And when you suggest that we add features to Soho Scheduler that would make your scheduling needs easier to manage, we're going to do our best to make that happen!

New Designer Coming Soon
Soho Scheduler will be releasing v0.7 soon which includes added flexibility to modify the application design.
